石偉，1963年生，湖北武漢人。1984年畢業于中國人民大學統計學院，1984-1986年工作于北京市進出口商品檢驗局。1989年從中國人民大學勞動人事學院畢業后留校任教至今，1996年師從沙蓮香教授攻讀社會心理學，2002年獲博士學位。現為中國人民大學勞動人事學院教授，博士生導師。主要研究領域為人力資源管理與組織行為學。著有《組織文化》、《時間管理》、《薪酬管理》、《黨政機關和事業單位工作分析》等著作和30多篇學術論文。曾分獲”華為獎教金”，中國人民大學優秀教師、中國人民大學優秀班主任等多種獎項。

社會兼職：

北京市委組織部特聘研究員。

English Resume

Wei SHI, a native of Wuhan, Hubei i Province, was born in December, 1963. He was graduated from Statistics School of Renmin University in 1984 and worked in the Imp/exp. Commodity Inspection Bureau form 1984-1986 After post-graduated with a major in HRM in Renmin University of China, he was appointed to be a teacher in Renmin University of China till now. In 1996,he studied social-psychology under the supervised of Prof.Sha Lian-xiang and got the doctor degree in 2002.Presently, Mr. Shi is the professor and supervisor of the Doctors in HRM Department, Renmin University of China. Mr. Shi studies HRM and works on teaching and researching of HR&OB. Mr. Chen was ever obtained the prizes of "Huawei" Excellent Works on Teaching & the special prizes of "Excellent Works of Teaching, the prize of "Excellent head-teacher" and so on. Mr. Shi also was ever appointed to be the specialist for the Department of Organization ,CPC Peking Committee.
